DC Universe Online - Scarecrow & Mr Freeze & Poison Ivy - Arkham Asylum Hard Alert

These are the bosses from the Arkham Asylum hard mode alert. This alert is available at level 30, and it is recommended you have mostly tier 1 gear - "Medium Difficulty". The game is still fresh, not many people are very well geared(I still only have one piece), so this instance is pretty hard even with great teamwork.

Scarecrow is a damage race, if you don't finish him in time the doctor will go crazy, there is an achievement for killing her... but the fight is a bit rough on healing as it is, tons of damage going out. Kill adds, kill the boss, its pretty simple.

Mr Freeze has quite a few things going on you can't really see, ice falling from the ceiling, his chargeup blast, he hits pretty hard too. In phase 2 you have to lure the Ice Robots to the furnaces to thaw them before you can damage them, each time Freeze does his charge attack he re-freezes them, and the furnaces. After the robots are down, he starts Freezing Rain - you have to stand near the fire to keep the ice debuff off, or you'll turn into an iceblock. The Ice tomb lasts quite a long time, however a group mate can pick you up and take you to the fire to break it.

Poison Ivy again is about controlling extra enemies she spawns and avoiding bombs. Each of the pods spawned in phase 2 will create a sapling, you can usually smash most of them. In phase 3 she spawns Venus Fly Traps which spit pretty nasty bombs, its important to kill them quickly each time they revive.

In the last room you have to fight Scarecrow and Ivy together, pulling Scarecrow to the side will leave Ivy in the middle attacking from range. After both of them are down, Freeze comes down.

@Lovewestergren You can start putting skill points into other weapons at level 10 - go reset your skills and choose a different weapon. I haven't played in a while, not sure what would be a good choice.
