Phish Phan Documentary Trailer
"Welcome Back Phans"

If you are a Phan yourself in the Boston / New England area and are interested in being interviewed, I need your HELP and would love for you to be a part of this film!

Documenting the individual and personal stories of Phish Phans, Weclome Back Phans is an in-depth look at the real lives of the people who essentially made Phish who they are today. Twenty-Five years ago when the band Phish first started to create music no one could imagine the community, organizations and overall magic that would be created and still follows the band to this day. With many sterotypes about the phish tour scene, what is the reality of a Phish Phan's life today? Welcome back Phans concentrates mainly on first hand interviews with some of the most dedicated of Phans, along with those who feel like their lives have really been changed by the whole phenomenon.

Phish holds a place in time for many after calling it quits in 2004, but with their recent return at Hampton, VA in March 2009, many Phans find themselves asking where Phish fits into the lives now, how has it changed now that their back?

  • sooooo when your friends say they can't understand why you like Phish so much, how do you normally answer?

"you just gotta be there man!"??

that's what I've heard and that sounds like a pretty lame answer

i like Phish, String Cheese, Grateful Dead alot, but I live in Austin, Texas and I just don't see how it would ever be worth it to drive >24 hours and roughly about 500 dollars or more to see Phish. I got shit to do.

  • "if you get out there young and its still what you should do in life"
