http://youtube.com/FashionTV SAO PAULO - Fashionista Maria Fernanda tells FashionTV Sao Paulo Fashion Week is one of the biggest events for Sao Paulo because of the importance of fashion in the lives of Brazilians. She wears hot pink lips. Model Kristy Kaurova says hello to FashionTV from backstage at the Huis Clos show during the SPFW Spring/Summer 2012 season. Everybody is rushing to finish hair and makeup, she says, but she doesn't seem out of sorts (except for the fact that she's losing her voice, perhaps due to fatigue.) Design is more quirky and creative in Sao Paulo, Kristy says, comparing it to New York. Makeup is more natural in Sao Paulo, even though the clothes themselves are louder. Models are getting their hair wound in tight French braids. Other models backstage include Alicia Kuczman, Paula Ludke, Marcelia Freesz, and Daiane Conterato.
