It will be possible to determine whether "the material" is in the institute once the courts seize the records. Considering how much Attorney General Janet Reno once cared about the Waco children, why can't we expect the current Dept of Justice to use Special Forces (as they did in Waco) -- this time in a non-lethal way -- to investigate the crimes documented in the Kinsey files?
