Hanging was a skill, the hangman had to take into account the size of the rope, the Height of the prisoner and the size of the drop, if he didn't get the measurements right then the prisoner could strangle to death, or could be decapitated, the ideal execution was to ' break the neck ' for a quick death. However, all methods can be botched in any type of execution. all executions in any form are barbaric and inhumane. Executions effect everyone, the executioner, the executioners family and the witnesses. We are not meant to kill, we are built to survive.

@66shellz no, it is a continent, it is made up of many countries (south Africa, Kenya Uganda, Libya etc), it is basic geography. The USA is a country, I understand that however North and South America again are continents. Also I have heard about being burnt for witchcraft in some countries in Africa as well.

@ThePixelPicture wiki has Africa down as ' continent ' and it's changed to my knowledge of it being a country in totality. Africans regard Africa as a country. Malta, Spain, parts of Italy, Portugal & France are on the African continental plate, but they are countries in their own right. It's about ownership & territory ' Continent ' see : wikipedia List of Sovereign states and dependant territories in Africa There is confusion about it, i prefer to say country still, same as Africans.
