The Metal Gear Solid HD Collection now coming for PS Vita in this fan made trailer.
The Metal Gear Solid HD Collection will comprise of HD remastered versions of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, and Metal Gear Solid : Peace Walker.
Gamers who own both the PS3 and PS Vita versions of the HD Collection will be able to share save files via "Transferring".

It still might have Peace Walker actually (Nothing Confirmed) But the japanese version of MGS HD for the PS3 didn't have Peace Walker either.
So in other words it might just be Japan that doesn't get Peace Walker HD.
This is based on what i have heard and not any long research.

Sorry, but the hd collection for Vita doesn't have Peace Walker in it, only MGS2 & MGS3 :(
