@Waterskisweetie85 Great thank you for your response. Namaste

@CARMENAMARA I hang my silks off of trees all the time, however a bit carelessly. You really do need someone to test the tree and branch before you rig, It may look strong but it may be rotten inside or termite damaged, you'll have no way to tell from the outside.
If you ignore that fact like I do, make sure the branch has a fork so the rope won't slide, you'll need to put something on the branch to protect the tree, have a good anchor point, make sure it's knotted well (know your knots) :)

Thank you for posting this. I like it. I'm going to try it on aerial rope and may add it to my routine with possibly one more drop. And your smile at the end says it all...you're having fun doing this. Thank you for the inspiration.

Very nice. I have a question. I am doing a photo shoot and am looking to hang the silk on a tree. How can I do this?

@CARMENAMARA good question, I have never hung a silk from a tree before but my guess would be is to use 2 straps around a branch and use a carabiner to attach to the silk. Make sure the branch is strong enough.

@Liv6663 I don't know much about aerial over in Ireland, but circus arts is pretty huge in Europe. I would just look around the internet for some studios in your area, that's what I would do
