You know, i could translate it, but, as you can see it is pretty looooong ;)

Basically he says that hes in good shape, espacially his BH has evolved through the rubber change. That it is important to win against a good player like Chuan 3 weeks before the championchips in japan and that any victory is good for his confidence. At the moment he has a good feeling at the table. He hopes that he can make his way through the first rounds of the WTTC to meet the chinese top players in the big games.
