I, as a white 56 yr old female, find this practice abhorant. It's 2013, for pete's sakes! I thought racial profiling by the largest police department in the US, would be a thing of the long-lost (and good ridance) past. I guess I am terribly naive and live in la-la land! (Make that "lawless" land) To have quotas on the number of people you have to harass is unbelievable! Isn't there a union or something that the good cops can go to? Or am I in la-la land again?!

That kid was the only brave man on that recording and that's what made the coward cop angry The cop wanted to be a thug or gangsta listen to the way he engaged the young Man trying to sound cool and hard from the streets so to speak When that did not intimidate the Brave young Man The little criminal coward resorted to violence like a child hitting when he can not match wits with his peers White cops are racist cowards and black and latino cops are foolish cowards Give them a taste of racism

you racist son of a bitch. the cops violated his rights by stopping him with no reason. even though he was mouthing off to the cop, the cop provoked him into doing so which makes any charges he gets acquitted because of this and the cops violating his rights. im glad he recorded that. it goes it show that racism and discrimination still occurs within our legal system and that people like you who make unruly comments about racism are worthless like these dirty cops.
