Hare & Hatter - Monster (READ DESCRIPTION)

I recently watched Syfy's Alice movie, and I thought it was awesome. One of the aspects of it that I thought was especially interesting was the fact that, in the 150 years since the original Alice had been in Wonderland, the Mad Hatter and the March Hare had ceased being friends. The Hatter is now in the Resistance, who oppose the Queen of Hearts, while the Hare is one of her favorite assassins. I made this video to depict Hatter's heartbreaking realization that his best friend has become a monster who is out to kill him.

Every other Alice video I've found has been all about Alice and Hatter being in love, or else Hatter vs. Jack. I really wanted to make one starring the March Hare because he has always been one of my favorite characters, and I loved how he was depicted in Syfy's Alice. So I think this video is pretty different from all the other Alice videos out there, because I don't think I've seen any that involve the Hare.

Very awesome video! Glad someone made it! Since the writers didn't explain their history, I imagined that the two were friends & were forced to work for the Queen- Hatter ran the tea shop (& Carpenter gave him the super right hand) & MM was an assassin. MM discovered Hatter's also working for the resistance, so Hatter killed his friend before MM could tell the Queen. The way the Queen said, "is MM alive YET" indicated (to me at least) that she didn't kill him. Just my thought lol. What's yours?

u kno ithink march either really didnt care or just didnt want to go after "alice" at first because he proably new somthing in the prossess had2do with harming his ex-friend(bro), whatever.

In a deleted scene, it was vaguely hinted that Hatter and Mad Hare were brothers (until Hatter ended Hare).

I think that maybe Hatter decided he didn't like his friend beign an assassin. So Mad March requested permission from the Queen to kill Hatter who he thought betrayed him. In a life and death situation, Hatter had to kill his ex friend to stay alive. I don't think he would feel bad at all.

This is great personally I loved MM and wish they had done more with him.

My theory is that MM and Hat were hit-men together and they caught the intrest of the Queen she then made them her top asassins. Then during one job Hat fell for the mark and a fight broke out between the two and ended with MM killing the girl and Hat killing MM. And thats why Hat was a little hard at the start losing his love and his friend. But that just me.

I'm so glad that someone else thought about their history! When I watched Alice, it looked to me like Hatter recognized Mad March the first time he saw him. There was just a little something in his eyes that spoke of recognition, confusion, and sadness. It was almost as if Hatter had no idea what March had become.

And the video was very well done. ;)
