    Not sure about Pikes Peak, but most snow removal crews in my area have front-end loaders available for these sorts of situations. Just scoop the snow up and over the barrier. A good size plow should be able to push snow over top most barriers anyways (especially the 'rail' type). So yeah, somebody should put a FUCKING RAIL there, lol

    They dont put a FUCKING RAIL there because they need to be able to plow snow during the winter and if a rail was put there the snow would have nowhere to go.

    usually when there is a rally or hill climb crash, the fans rush to help as they are the closest to the scene. In this case, they were a long way from the crash site, so there was no reason to stop filming.
