i live in fontucky and i went down to this park with my bike, after i went around the track, a cop was waiting at the bottom a gave me a ticket dont know why since it is a public park

supposedly i was trespassing.( where he saw me, i was near the flood control area but still within the open space of the park) if you take the steet that is off to the side of the park, the flood control area has a sign that says no traspassing, but what is dumb is that if you go through the main park entrance, there is one trail that leads you in that direction. ironic isn't it. either way, i went to court to fight it and the judge dismissed it.

Most common failures are breaking off derailleurs/denting rims on rocks, and other random cracked/bent things from crashing. I haven't broken much stuff, but I tend to not crash much, and only weighing ~55kg helps too.

Mountain bikes = fun. Kinda expensive yes, but definitely totally worth it.
