  • That all depends on how strong you are, how many reps you are doing, and what your goals are. Just make sure you are using a weight that is challenging and allows you to use good form. If you can't do it correctly then reduce the weight.

  • No, weight lifting DOES NOT stunt your growth. It is a big myth. Just make sure that you use perfect form. If your form is not perfect, it may be too heavy. Good luck!
