I don't blame the guy for going off. All that work he puts in, the long hours, he's in the middle of an intense scene, and some dickhead who should know better is walking around behind him, fucking around with the lights. Did I mention it was in the middle of a scene??!! Had it been one- time thing, then yes, he overreacted- but this wasn't the first time, at least according to Bale.
The DP's lucky he didn't get his head punched in.

If anyone has been an actor or in the industry, it is a bit like the military...Long ass early 5am-8pm days then a long night shot in 24 hours (your weekly break). He just put in a streak of 15hr days to max set-time without going into "golden hr time". He had to fight an imaginary character, the hardest piece of acting to do. He repetitively told this guy to stop walking in, checking lights after rolling. All these things are not accounted for, just the flip out. Everyone loses it (;
