Start motor of agglomerator, which drive bottom plate to rotate at high speed. Right after the starting, instantaneous current is big, between 260 to 300A, then, the current will slow down, when it nearly reaches zero, the current will rebound to 140A, then low down to 20A, which will be stable, at this moment, it is OK to feed the waste fiber, waste material slowly(gradually) to the agglomerator. When feeding the material, it is necessary to observe the current the status of material mixing inside, when
the material inside is expanded to big granules, the current will rise to 200A, at this time, quickly add
water to the agglomerator, which helo cool the material inside, current will slowly low down, after adding about 4 to 5 times, the lump material will become small granules, it is OK to discharge the material.
