the alcatraz escape story has always driven me crazy with curiosity whether they made it or not. it sure looks like they could have. theres no doubt they knew exactly what they were doing and planned every step with utmost precision. to think they never took into account the water crossing objectives i think just would'nt be logical. im sure that also was as carefully planned as the rest. whenever man brags of an unbreakable this or unsinkable that , you can be sure it will be proved not so
