We prank an AT&T call center pretending to be clueless and intoxicated southerners needing help with a Britney spears ring tone.

  • As a call center rep, I know that this rep had his mic muted laughing his butt off at you. I know I would have been, along with having a friend listening.

  • I worked call centers for years then went back to school to get my degrees. Graduated but economy sucks so bad I am going back to call center work. We loved prank calls and getting yelled at is part of the game but when people are uneccessarily rude, mean or beligerent when you are just trying to do your job is uncalled for.

  • Started off with a southern accent and lost it in a few seconds. You're an idiot.

  • @dhanilzki then go to CCC tool to see if it's downloaded :-)

  • zeekstuff which call center. i work for att tech support as well

  • lmfao I actually work for at&t tech support and I appreciate this

  • he sounds like billy ray cyrus

  • I work in a call center for five an a half years and prank call doesn't phase me anymore. I don't take the nasty and inappropriate comments to the heart.

  • with this kinda call, check his account first, and if he doesn't know his number then ask for the IMEI number which can be found at the back of the phone, first open the cover, remove the battery and look for the IMEI number which is 15 digits number...

then put it to KIC care and Telegence(Billing System).. then go to another tool ( I Forgot the name) there you can find if he really downloaded the application that he`s looking for

  • I worked for AT&T, and my opening spill is "thank you for calling at&t, may I have your name and 10 digit wireless number starting with the area code please?"

and I get this kinda call a lot..

  • i would always love prank calls, stress reliever, if it's closing time, most of the calls are like these :p
