@Thespectre596 bathe and hunt means he will draw the bath and load the gun but he hopes that she uses the bath to bathe and not cut herself or drown herself and the gun to hunt instead of shoot herself

@Thespectre596 it's a metaphor for the singer implying that he will give the person the freedom they are seeking to make their own choice, but he hopes that the choices are to continue on and not give up.

well its a song about how 'annie' doesnt want to continue living, and a lot of suicides regarding cutting their wrists are done in a bath tub ...same with the gun, people shoot themselves so to commit suicide. he's saying that he will help her get them ready, but he hopes she doesnt kill herself and that instead that she 'bathes and hunts'
