Digar daana-e-raaz aayad ke na aayed (Farsi + Urdu Translation)

Before death Allama sahib recited these couplets
so we can consider this rubae as his last words ....
ســـرود رفتہ باز آیــــد کـــہ نـــایـــد
نســـــــــــــیمے از حجـــــاز آید کہ نــــــــاید
ســــر آمــد روز گارے ایـــــــــن فقـــــیــــــرے
دگـــــــر دانائے راز آیــــــــــد کـــــہ نــــــــاید

گذرا ہوا سرود دوبارہ آتا ہے یا نہیں،
حجاز سے نسیم دوبارہ آتی ہے یا نہیں،
اس فقیر کی زندگی کا آخری وقت آن پہنچا،
کوئی دوسرا دانائے راز آتا ہے یا نہیں

چو مرگ آید تبسم بر لب اوست

The mark of a Momin man, I tell you

When death comes, there is smile on his lips!

Iqbal passed away moments after this.

Allahu akbar...I am blown away by the warning given by Allama here...kind of a jab to muslims to spring into action with what they have gotten so far...they might not be that lucky in future.

ذ عرفی و طالب بۂ غالب رسید
