I dont tihnk its the networks responsibility but more so the camera man and the reason why they dont require them to wear jockstraps or any type of cup is because of musle constriction,it has been scientifically proven that supporters limit the muscle ability to perform to the fullest extent ,but yes Tabari is packing like Xavier Carter and many others it just proves to be true that black men typically are more endowed that other races.
