@2:06 Mucas McCain isn't exactly the spokesman for the NRA, or The American Hunter. He was an independent, gun-toting, man's man, and caring father, with respect for people, his environment, and the law... now that's the kind of complexity we could use more of these day. Yes, I know, he was only a fictional character, produced by Hollywood, but still I wish the beautiful Gov. Palin had watched more Rifleman when she was young. Maybe we all should have watched more of him.
