there's nothing offensive about this. Its cute and reminds me of how my neices act when they've seen or heard things they don't understand.

LOL - am deaf myself and thought this was beyond cute. I find nothing offensive about kids' creativity, having been subjected to this kind of thing several times :)

I think ppl have missed up the point in this video. Kaelyn had been in some family gathering(?) where she saw deaf relatives sign and she has made her own "version" of the signing.
Some hearing impaired ppl might see this as bad humour or impolite manners for a kid, but seemingly she isn't trying make fun of deaf ppl. She just reflects what she sees around her, this case it was sign language.
In the end she got nervous (standing front of camera) and started shaking her hands :-)
