Shaniya Davis Still Missing Sencond Suspect Arrested

Your Help in needed in finding Shaniya Davis from Fayetteville North Carolina, she is still on the Amber Alert despite the fact that a suspect that has been seen with her at a motel after her abduction has still not told police where to find her.

SANFORD, NC (WTVD) --" Fayetteville police said Monday they have found the body of missing 5-year-old Shaniya Davis.

Shaniya's remains were located in an area bordered by Highway 87 south and Walker Road - just south of Sanford - during a second day of searching.

Davis was last seen alive at a Comfort Suites

McNeill turned himself in Thursday night and police say he confessed to taking the 5-year-old. However, McNeill's attorney told reporters his client would plead not guilty."

police reports of having to visit the house numerous times, and child services involved(even if the care it slosed, its in the records til the child involves turns 18). Any good lawyer would have presented this in court, and the mom would have had to jump hurdles to be around this little girl. And many people do not want to believe this, BUT race and looks would matter. And that would also be in the dad's favor. I will not go into details though.

wilsonci86, that is not always true. In the past, many fathers didnt fight for custody. Courts felt children would be better with the caring and guidience in a home with the mom, with the father paying cs. Now dads are have lawyers because some moms arent what they used to be. Bradley and that bitch had no court agreement, no lawyer. It was verbally with them. A court told him that he MUST give his daughter to the irresponsible, drug popping addicted hore spawned from the pits of hell.

Well the reports are saying she was unemployed with no place of her own until the last 6 months. She was still living with her sister at the time this happened and there were multiple police and family services reports for that address.

Seems like dad would have had a strong case.

6 months of employement is nothing.

That is why I said the courts usually side with maternal custody...not always, but usually. Again, with this specific case I am not sure what the legal arrangements were between the parents.
