This is one of the routines I have for my fat burning cycle.
I have noticed a significant improvement in my muscle definition
and I would suggest this routine to anyone who wants to get in shape for the summer.

THE TIME IS NOW!
Start hitting the gym now if you want to make a big impression at the beach or pool party!

  • were you circuit training that day, working out all your body parts? Also what do you recommend when trying to lose weight. I want to add muscle but lose the fat, should i do higher reps with low weights or lower reps with higher weights?

    You are going to want to do Low Reps high weight. This will build the muscle and over time the muscle will become denser and eventually larger which will make it an active tissue, which will then burn fat at a higher rate.

  • Hiyaaaa! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cooworker got amazing Six pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.
