  • Is that a SkyWatcher telescope? I have one of those.

  • @NocturalRyte Yes, in the intro that is a Skywatcher 200P on an EQ5, but it now lives on an NEQ6 mount.

  • I got a cleaning liquid that is suitable for cleaning screens.Will it work or not?

  • @gregohks I can't say, but the ones designed for spectacles are safe as they are formulated not to attack any of the various coatings on optical glass lenses.

  • IMHO I'd clean it, lens coatings are pretty hardwearing

  • I have a very extremely tiny finger smudge on my televue eyepiece... not sure if i should clean it. if i leave it there will it damage the coatings?
