This is a recipe that I use almost every morning (especially when in a hurry). It is healthy, fast, and delicious. No more excuses not to have a healthy breakfast, eat one of these at home and take the other on the road. Nutrition breakdown: 150 calories, 35g of Carbs, 6g of protein (I recommend adding a protein source), and 2g of fat. Dig in!!!
