it is assur for someone to be videotaped on yom tov, even 2nd day yom tov by an israeli. the issur is on the one, in this case the rebbe, who is being videotaped. this is a bizui for the rebbe and certainly would be very distressing to him if he found out. all videos like this should be taken down

How was this video taken? The Youtube info for this video says clip of "Sanz klausenburg rebbe 2nd night pesach 2008"... Unless this was in ertz yisrael how was video taken on Yom Tov?
