@MyAlexSan Это точно, прекрасно...

Просто Дух захватывает, исполнение великолепное. Хочется слушать еще и еще раз.

@PrairieBoy99 No lip-synching here, It's really just these four guys singing, with their fantastic russian voices and the typical russian way of full-lungs singing.
You need that to sing the famous EJ UHNEM Volga boatmen. Look at Ilya Repin's painting by googling
his name and volga boatmen

Ok, done, but it still sounds like a 4-part harmony - I can't discern any additional parts, nor more than one voice per part. But they blend well and sing perfectly in tune with one another, which is most of the challenge with a capella.
The 1/8-second delay between video & audio? Happens all the time.
Great arrangement - it'll be a challenge to transcribe, let alone to find a group with singers who can hit high B flat and double-low B flat!

was going to tell you to listen to this once more and really follow closely --

I don't know; I have to think that these guys are lip-synching. The mix sounds too deep to have been pulled off by just four singers, who aren't even standing in the part of the cathedral that obtains maximum resonance. Fantastic job, but was probably performed by others - maybe the Kiev Monastery or something similar?

After listening again, and again and again, my earlier comment re:lip-synch was probably wrong - which makes the performance all the more impressive! (espec the double B flat at the end) These guys really have to tour - and kudos to whomever arranged the piece for the quartet. Not easy to improve on a classic, but they've done so.
