During the March 28, 2007 outbreak, me and my dad traveled out to the Texas/Oklahoma panhandles. We witnessed 6 tornades in the span of one hour, an amazing amount.

It's awesome watching them on a video, but after having one rip off the roof of my home while I was in it, I's rather pass on an actual close encounter.
