Speaking of Onstar... Anyone interested in winning a brand new GM vehicle? You don't have to buy anything to enter the OnStar sweepstakes. You don't even need to be an OnStar subscriber! Take a look at the OnStar Youtube page for details.
I agree...I don't see why people are so paranoid over it...honestly, if you are afraid of OnStar...you need some serious help...maybe I can have OnStar track some paranoid people, so I can send a therapist to their house... :P
This is the standard procedure when you purchase a new GM with OnStar. I when thru this 2-weeks ago when I purchase my 2008 Escalade. The only thing is on the higher end vehicles the Phone buttons {there are two} are actually a Phone on the Verizon network, is a car phone with it's own number you can make any type of calls. Is not just an OnStar outcalls only phone, like the rep said.
@Cargo1273 Onstar has a partnership with Verizon and they are planning on bringing 4G LTE to vehicles by 2014.

@shakinandbakin91 The display is an LED display, so it is refreshing too quickly for the camera to catch.

We have better things to do than track paranoid freaks like yourself. We don't need your business.
