it can not get better than this....... thanks a lot to kaifi azmi ji, who re-wrote this epic and to chetan anand ji who dared to chooose all dialouges in poetic form....... And i hate this rubishness which is being debated here....

@poissondelamer 1) Your frustration is justifiable but even though living in India knowing and watching this discretion of Urdu language and its valuable archives. You did NOT do anything? What is point blaming Gandhi who never personally destroy a single book or brick neither he directed to anyone.

@poissondelamer 2) The real fact is Muslim influence in India declined long back 1857 when B Zaffer’s failed attempt to regain power over British. This fact still Muslim in India cannot come to terms with, they still think they can act as they lived in Mogul time. This very fact presently grappling by Pakistan and its NF neighbour. History repeat itself, those who do not chenge with time.

the worst dictatorship in indian against Urdu, Kamal Amrohi has to fight many year for getting censor certificat for his masterpice"Pakiza",censor borad refused to issued bec they did not want to accept word"Urdu film".

resulty Kamal Amrho has to loss too much for relasing Pakiza and faced many financial problem, but i salut him, God bless him, he did not compromised on the word"Urdu film".there is longggggggggggggggggggggg stories and conspiricies against Urdu langauge in india.

@imrank340 am an indian,i know very wel what happend with Urdu, they brunt tomb of first Urdu poet WALI AHMED DACCANI during babri masjid riots.

some unpublished works of Ghalib and Mir Taqi mir was brunt during 1947,all the books of jama milia and Alighar were set to fire, try to accpet facts and reality instead of licking ass of GHANDI.BYE

@poissondelamer Did know late K Asif and Kamal wrote entire course of Mughal-E-Azam? No doubt Kamal was superb Urdu writer of his time but equally talented best late Sahir L and many more. Currently none in that standard, and I have feeling no one will be in the future.
