DROID HAS MIND OF ITS OWN!

So, this has been happening with my droid for a couple of weeks now. The sounds you hear in the video are the phone vibrating from the Haptic Feedback.

It will randomly launch applications, input text, search, make phone calls.

I've had this phone for almost a year and a half, so I think I'm past my warranty. I've seen some people have this problem, but it happened to soon enough to where they could just return their phone and get a new one. I don't think this is the case for me.

It gets to the point where the phone is absolutely unusable. I can't input anything on my own, the only way to stop it is to turn off the screen.

I've done a factory reset, taken out the battery, and I'm looking for more suggestions.

If anyone has this problem(in which I did) how you fix it is 1# Take out your battery and SD card, 2# wait until they both feel cold, 3# put them back in and they are fixed. Message me if this helped because sometimes you use your phone too much and it goes crazy. That's how you fix it! Good luck!

Man dont press u sensitive buttons what is like that than that's what happened to my cousin's phone the captivate from pressing and wedding  the phone

Mine is acting up just like yours and I've been researching the net looking for a possible reason. I think this has to do with the flex cable that attaches the screen to the motherboard. Some guys were suggesting it nmay even be humidity that's crept into the phone making it act up like this. Anyway good luck.

It's from getting it wet. The moisture causes a static charge to fuck with your screen. Fix = lock it, wipe your screen, unlock it.

I had somewhat similar reaction of my phone once, but that was just touch screen. It happened after I used my phone with wet hands. It freaked me out, fortunately it passed.
