I purchased a Leatheman Wave from LeathermanStore.com because they had some good videos on youtube. They offered a laser engraving service for $8 more so I thought it would be neat to have my name laser etched into the tool. I have had the tool about a week and the laser etching is already rubbing off. I called customer service at Leathermanstore.com aka Tyler
Tools in Tylertown, MS. The rep was not helpful at all. I would buy your tools from someplace that actually cares about its customers.
