Not to mention his drastic downsizing of the military and the CIA. I saw an interesting interview on here with the director of the CIA during the Clinton years stating that while may be able to stretch and give Bush 8 months of blame for 9/11, Clinton deserves 8 years of blame. If Bob Dole was elected in 1996-97, Republicans would have had the chance to erase some of Clinton's errors.

All Clinton did was try to find excuses about his failures (aka lack of attempts) to catch Osama. He lied his way out of trouble. He did not kick their asses, he just smooth talked his way out of a perdicament just like in the 1993 presidential election. Sweet talk, sweet talk, sweet talk, and we're currently suffering from his economic failures as well.
