No, i've yet to write a game with power ups anyway but this game takes it's cues from the original Co-Axis at the moment and that didn't have them either.
The planned re-write will open up the possibility, but it depends on how the gameplay feels as to if that'll actually go in - i won't do power ups just for the sake of it.
