These metabolic finishers aka afterburners are a great way to replace cardio at the end of your workout. They'll get your heart rate pumping and will leave you burning calories after you workout. These 3 techniques are way better than doing standard cardio because they'll burn more fat AFTER you workout and they will also take much more less time to do. The only bad part is that they will be much harder to do. But if you're up for the task then these metabolic finishers or as Alwyn Cosgrove likes to call Afterburners, then try these out!

  • cardio is anything that stresses the cardiovascular system, so you mean no more aerobics, not cardio, just to clarify
