This is a review of the iFitness app, which is currently $1.99 in the App Store. This app gets a 5/5 rating though I'd like to see more exercises and maybe more routines like for certain sports or for speed and agility training. But overall it's a very solid app so pick it up now for $1.99.

  • Hey AirKobeYeezy, seems like a great app.

I have a question though, is this only like a male-app or does it have the routines exercises divided by gender? Asking this coz my wife wants to buy this app, but it'd be very disappointing if it turns out to be a male-only app

  • PLEASE SUBSCRIBE FIRST OF ALL!

No it can be used by both genders. Anyone can record their usage of the exercises that they do and it doesn't matter if they are male or female. The BMI calculator however doesn't classify the user's gender but I'm not sure if it matters. It is very accurate though. Go ahead and tell your wife to get it. It's a great app for only $1.99. Feel free to ask any other questions.

    Thanks

  • Thanks for your reply.

I guess I should have been more specific. What I want to know is whether there are exercises built-in in the app that are for male and female, separately.

In all the reviews I have checked so far, it doesn't seem to be any details about it. As opposed to ifitness, the fitnessbuilder app explicitly has a switch to look at the exercises depending on whether you are male of female.

  • O sorry about that then. Well no the exercises are not divided into exercises for males and ones for females but I think she could still use it. Please subscribe! please!

    Thanks

  • Does anyone know of a comparable program that will work on a Nokia (symbian) phone? Would really like a program like ifitness but don't want to fork out the cash to by an ipod.

  • does it keep track of the weight you use on on the dumbells and stuff like that

  • cut your fucking nails bro lol
