From Qigong: Traditional Chinese Exercises: http://www.soundstrue.com/shop/Qigong:-Traditional-Chinese-Exercises-(DVD)/25...

In Ken Cohen's Qigong: Traditional Chinese Exercises for Healing Body, Mind, and Spirit, you will learn ancient techniques for harnessing the massive power of qi literally, the vital breath or energy of the universe. Thousands of years before the establishment of Western medicine, Chinese masters perfected a system of gentle movements and meditative postures that can channel qi into the body for detoxifying, energizing, and healing. Ken Cohen, preeminent qigong master in the West, presents authentic practices on Qigong. Using easy-to-follow language and dozens of demonstrations, Cohen shares a complete four-part workout you can practice any time you have a few minutes and enough room to stand and stretch.

  • I'm sure Ken Cohen is a great qi gong master. But as water is to fish, and air is to birds, qi is to humans, is by far the worst explanation i've ever heard of qi.

  • how did you figure out your nam in a different language?

  • @ShaolinHero1 Yeah, well try explaining to a fish why they need water...

  • I think his analogy makes perfect sense, because a fish without water can't breathe or swim, a bird without air.can't breathe or fly Without qi we certainly could not breathe or exist as humans on earth, our water or air, where we exist. Maybe it is just me. I recommend getting Mr. Cohen's book "The Way of Qigong", as it would complement these clips nicely!

  • Ken Cohen is one of the easiest teachers to follow on you tube. I enjoy his simple and clear instruction and video's, Much gratitude!!!
