This didn't work for me. I have an iPod 32GB 4th Gen with 5.0.1. I did exactly as stated and followed directions at the jailbreak(dot)com site.

I didn't updated my iPod touch (4 gen, version 4.3.1) and still downloaded Cydia, can something happen to my iPod?

@fatanasov oh no your ipod is fine. this jailbreak works for some older firmwares as well..... usually when there is a new software update everyone wants to be on the new software but still be jailbroken so that is why its 4.3.3 in the title even though it still works on the 4.3.1. in the website in the description it labels the different compatabilities with the different devices.
