on heroes legacy it says 100 years has went by.. So if he just grew up he would look alot older than that. Thus he never ages

lol he became one with the dragonballs thus having eternal life. He probally went to king yama and beged for his adult body lol. Then in heroes legacy he watches over goku jr. thats why he had his adult body.
