if you are having problem - if you cant press start,its almost invisible white,and you are confused,do double click on windows audio and on Startup type: select Automatic,apply and then go back and press start again,it will lit up !

I am glad to hear that it worked for majority....... but for whom it doesn't worked..... may have problem in drivers or speakers etc... this doesn't works for everyone like a miracle...

@ezzer125 try to open it from the following path: Start--->All Programs(i don't what it is in vista)---> Accessories---> Entertainment---> Volume Control

@luvdefleppard1 It may be in hidden icons or you do not have drivers........... another way to open this is go to
Start -> Programs ( or all programs) -> Accessories -> Entertainment -> Volume control
see if it gives you that error which is seen in video... if it do...follow the video......but if there is another problem... there can be fault in drivers or device.
