I started building one of those solar heating contraptions, but I am not much of a handyman. I also simplified the idea using and improving upon other ideas out there; unfortunately I had already glued insulation to my frame (florescent light box), so I decided to go ahead and try my hand at finnishing this project. I did not however take off the botom of the cans, instead I just drilled a hole in the botom. Well, here goes nothing. For this project I bought 2 tubes of silicone, 2 cans of paint, and a 4 by 6(?) foot piece of insulation. enjoy!
