Go for XFX GeForce GT240.. It's a mere $55..

DO NOT BUY geforce 8400GS.it is terrible outdated low end graphics card.it is not designed for gaming at all.8400GS is good replacement for integrated graphics but it is terribly slow to handle any game.it is actually slower than some of the modern integrated graphics.it won't be able to handle the games you listed. READ THIS TITLE IT IS YAHOO ANSWER.........
