Denise - Joe, can I please talk to you?

Joe - Are you here to scream or to really talk

Denise - Talk... Just talk *she sits on a chair and puts her bag down*

Joe - *sighs* fine ... talk then

Denise - Well I've been thinking all night and .... I'm thinking about letting you get married and-

Demi - *squeals*

Joe/Denise - *looks at Demi*

Demi - oops sorry heh *sits down*

Joe - and what?

Denise - I've been so distant because .. *sighs* I'm scared to loose you and being around you so much would make it hurt twice as much... you're my baby, you wont believe how much it hurts to see you growing up and having a baby or getting married... but it hurts even more thinking you wont be around anymore..*lets tears fall* I'm a terrible mother
Demi POV

Wow, I cant believe this is happening... Denise always seemed like the careless type of person seeing this side of her changes my outlook on her a bit. She's showing that she cares for once. Its really sweet.


Joe POV

I've never seen this side of my mother before .... She's usually really bitchy, or just has that I don't give a shit attitude ... but she really isn't a horrible mother just.... Welll SOMETIMES she is ... shes just not a very supportive person. But I love her shes my mother, why wouldn't I?


Joe - *sighs* your not a horrible mother

Denise - Yes I am, I'm not even there for you and you have cancer!

Joe - Look. Lets forget that and start over?

Denise - I'd like that *hugs Joe*

Joe - *shocked but hugs back*

Demi - Aww a mommy joey moment *smiles wide*

Joe&Denise - *looks at demi*

Demi - hehe *feels weird* ill be over there *walks somewhere* (A/N LOL)

Denise - *pulls away and hands something to Joe*

Joe - ....
