Makes crusts for pies, calzones, empanadas, samosas, pierogis, pastries, and more. Rolls pizza dough, pastry (both frying and baking formulas), noodle doughs, etc. Made of the highest quality stainless steel and food grade aluminum. USDA approved.

Two Pass - 3 roller design. Up to 10" dough peels. First pass thickness up to 7/8" (22 mm); Second Pass Thickness up to 3/8" (9.5 mm).
