The Lift Truck Log is a complete forklift safety checklist system.
OSHA requires that all forklifts be inspected each shift and unsafe or defective units removed from service until repaired. The Lift Truck Log provides 624 daily forklift checklists in one complete kit (over a 2-year supply in many cases). If the forklift requires maintenance, there is a repair request form that can be filled out to alert management of the mechanical failure. There are also near miss and accident report forms, as well as a planned maintenance tracking section.

All information is stored in the log to keep a history of the mechanical condition of the truck. In the event that the forklift does not pass inspection the Lift Truck Log contains a tag to tag-out the equipment for safety. The Lift Truck Log comes in a highly durable, weather resistant storage case that can be easy mounted anywhere on the forklift with double sided tape.

Four different forklift versions are available: Internal combustion sitdown, electric sitdown, electric pallet jack and narrow aisle reach truck/elevated order picker. The Lift Truck Log has a Spanish "fold over" template so it can be used in both English and Spanish without buying seperate books.
