  • I will be voting for Ron Paul even if I have to write him in. I will NOT vote for the lesser of two evils no longer.

  • @runningchance - calling Ron Paul deceitful shows the depth of your ignorance. He is BY FAR the most consistent and honest candidate running against O'liar and the one man that truly represents "CHANGE"

  • So, if by some fluke Ron Paul is not the Republican nominee it appears most of you won't vote for the nominee no matter whom it is. That translates to you contributing to the possibility of the worst president we ever had getting re-elected. Obama is a communist, socialist , marxist hybrid and it's imperative to unseat Obama legally November 06, 2012.

  • I like Ron Paul but his foreign policy bothers me. He is a Muslim sympathizer.

  • @runningchance anyone not voting Ron Paul gets exactly what they deserve =}

  • Value Voters??? Aren't these the same people or should I say the children and grandchildren of the same people that shoved their religious morality on the entire american population with the 18th amendment. The value voters of today were the dry voters in the early 20th century.

  • @soell082 I have heard that exact reasoning , but overall, I think it is much more transparent and fair , to have all states Open primary. I have talked with hundreds on here who did not realize theirs was a closed primary satte and some who wanted to vote RP were already too late to switch / It's great that you are an informed voter - wish everyone was . I agree that voting person over party is the ideal.

  • @doogleandalix yeah I think the party affiliation in other states is dumb, its as bad as people hitting the straight party vote button at the booth. I understand the supposed reasoning ... dems voting up a crappy repub to make it easy on their candidate and vise~versa. I am independent always have been, I called every one on the local election here in Texas and talked to them before they got my vote and I voted across the board L,I,R,D. gotta balance the house out.

  • @soell082 That is why when I post this message I always say CLOSED primary state - so many people still do not know their state primary rules so I guess if you support Ron Paul it is just safer to register Repub for the primary - people can always change back to independent or Dem or Lib if they choose after the primary . I was a Dem for years, then indep for years, now I just stay as a Repub because mine is a semi-closed state and they would make me change every yr if I were indep.

  • @doogleandalix Texas is an open primary state but i signed up back in 08 because i didnt know that then, the repubs just want you to be affiliated with them for the numbers game

  • @soell082 Reminder : If you are a disillusioned Dem or unaffiliated, and you live in one of 18 or more closed primary states , U will not be able to vote Ron Paul in the critical primary! Some states are : AZ,ALAKSA,CT,CO,DE,DC,IL,FL,OR,OK,NE,NC,SD,UT,NY,PA,LA,KY,WV,DC, a few more .Time's running out-already too late to switch in NY :( So don't delay in changing to REPUB if U want to vote RP in primary -pass it on .
