@ZackAttack59 Too much focus on chest and nothing on back. Add pull-ups, and either barbell rows or these body rows for your lats, traps, and rear shoulder.
Alternate your hand positioning / angle on the bench-press every few weeks (wide vs close grip), flat vs incline vs decline angle.
Add dead-lifts and shoulder / military press, shrugs.
If you can do 100 situps, its time to start doing hanging leg raises instead.

hi, id like some help, im 16 and i work out 5 days a week, i do 100 sit ups, a 70lb bench press 30 reps, 40lb curls 30 reps(after i do 20lb curls 50 reps), 100 squats with 70lbs on my back, 100 dips and 50 chest butterflies 30lbs(one hand, 60lbs in total). please contact me, my email is Zachary213@hotmail.
