Great song, started playing this again during the last election. I loved the message of these songs. Yes they don't write them like this anymore.

Just saw Bonnie at Oil Can Harry's in Studio City. She was singing her disco hit "Heaven Must Have Sent You" and "Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch." Loved her. This particular song is my favorite from the Pointer Sisters. You just don't hear grooves like this anymore. Rest in peace June.
