Those person who hold the stick needs more training. They hit in the wrong way and many of them have to do it over again...terrible....

@ifrit1780 That is a good observation. Not to many of my kyokushin friends are really buff, but the thing about kyokushin it was a system of karate that is dominated by huge people.

Je suis en admiration face à cette capacité qu'a l'esprit de maitrise sur le corps. La technique est vraiment maitrisée, trés joli à voir déplacements, enchainements, précisions.

I am a man of Japanese 39 years old.
I do Kyokushin karate in Japanese Tokyo.
The obi is a black belt holder.
In a long way, I did very severe training till I acquired ranking in Judo.
The pattern practice with a partner of the lesson breaks it twice a year to fight seriously.
By this severe lesson, I was able to get the tough body and mind.
Kyokushin karate is the splendid martial arts.
